I booked because of the lowest rate (big mistake) my connecting flight was never booked. They won't refund me. I was very patient and followed up numerous times, they keep saying my supervisor will call you back. NO ONE CALLED. They don't care. The customer service is rude and dismissive. This is fraud and a start up that don't know what they are doing. Don't make the mistake I did.
Two weeks ago, I finally did receive the refund. I would still be careful and make sure your tickets are confirmed with the airlines if you are going to book with SmartFares.
