I had first scheduled a trip on line, i checked it 3 times to make sure to get the flight i wanted. I had to schedule a flight to land going because my 87 year old cousin was supposed to pick me up and coming back i had to be home before 11 at night. When my itinery showed up it looked like nothing i had ask for, so i called the help desk and the fellow said i am sorry but i can put you on another flight for 679.00. My original flight was going to cost 537or something close. I live on the west coast so i had chosen to go by Dallas fort worth. I am not pleased with the new flight but took it because it is imperative i go. My cousin is 87 with cancer and i want to see her one last time. I am 72 so going into minneapolis min and coming back thru atlanta goergia is really scaring me.

When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
