Was just told to call airline. Your booking site didn't allow our bags to be paid for! Sure it will be more on 3/21/2023...
We booked the tickets for ours flight but didn't recieve the confirmation email. We called customer service to get our confirmation for our tickets. We had to keep calling them for two days. We finally recieved our confirmation email after two day's of calling and spending lots of time on the phone
Asco de compañía y grupo,hice una reservación y luego de confirmarla me dicen que ya no existe y que hora cuesta más cara. Y cuando pido llamar al supervisor me cuelgan el teléfono cuando uds fueron los culpables. Si son tan incapaces busquen otro empleo y si crean un problema no sean tan irresponsables y resuélvanlo,si el precio subió eso no es mi problema,el que creo el problema es el que tiene que pagar la diferencia de precio no yo. Aprendan a ser responsables y no sean tan ineptos.Jamás volvería a querer reservar algo con uds y a todo el que conozca les aconsejaré que tampoco lo haga.

It was easy enough to navigate the website and make the booking. However, while i was told that the confirmation would be sent to me shortly, i i didn't get it unti after l i called the agency a week later. So i was a bit anxious about the integrity of the company as this was my first time to use this agency. But when i made the call i was able to get issue resolved.
