My experience booking with Smart fare has not been the best so far, I did not click/ select on the seat selection and they charge me additional $50 fee, then didn't realized my returning date was change to 3/17/23, and lastly now that I am trying to change my returning date the airline it's telling me that they do not have my reservation code, and not trips are schedule.

I bought tickets las Friday, two tickets from Tel Aviv to Berlin, or so I thought. I gave my credit card info, I got a confirmation, I got a reservation number on the airline, and yesterday, just by chance, I went in to the airline site to buy extra luggage and choose seats. To my surprise, the reservation was non existent, the one that was alive the day before. I contacted the help desk and was informed that there were no more seats at that price on those flights, and if I was interested I could buy the same flights for 1,784 USD instead of the 663 USD that I was supposed to have been charged originally. Of course I declined the offer, and asked the person who attended me if there was no accountability to the company. The answer time and time again was that they regretted the situation and that I could buy the same flights for the new price, and was even pressured when they told me that there only three seats left on the flights. Again I declined. 've been buying my plane tickets on line for more that ten years, and I made a mistake trusting this company. Ten minutes after I got an email freeing me from this transaction, I turned to the company I always work with, and got the same flights for less than 1,000 USD. The trial I made with this company cost me over 300 USD, I never should have turned to them. Take this seriously into account when trying to do business with them.

It was a different way to book, but it works okay. It helped me get the flight i needed for cheaper.
Worst experience, I will never use you again, because you sent me a confirmation with my ticket, Yu charged my credit card, and now I came to the airport and don't have access to the ticket

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
