Price change in the midst of me getting my credit card information to a $30 up-charge. Not to happy about that. Also, I would advise first time users should at least be offered a coupon code to make us more inclined to return to this site

I ran into some error while trying to purchase an airplane ticket via SmartFares, however, I succeeded form the second try.
It was fast and nice. I found everything I wanted.
We got a good price and a flight that worked for us,
I can't give a full review since I haven't taken my flight yet.
However the process to purchase was easy. They even made a second attempt to secure my flight purchase after the first attempt didn't go through due to my locking my card. I immediately unlocked it soon as I saw the charge trying to go through and thank GOD they tried again so I DIDNT lose my return flight home. Also the price was UNBEATABLE.
The overall booking was fast, clear and we could choose and understand what's the best deal we wanted. The follow up was really quick. Very professional. Highly recommended.
