Your company tried in an absolutely dishonest way to make me pay 200 US dollars just to send me my tickets. Also, your company does not give a proper information about baggage. Of course, the baggage was not included in the ticket price. Another unpleasant surprise.

If only I can give them zero stars! Fraud, Scam,Cheaters,Robbers! I got a notification from the airline that our connecting flight was changed to an earlier time (From 11:30am to 6:20am). Which means we would be unable to board the flight because our arrival time from the last flight is 6:50am. I called SmartFares to get our flight fixed. They made me pay $360 for the rebooking even if it was clearly the Airline's fault. They kept insisting that we are only paying for the price difference of the new flight which doesn't make sense at all. They made it appear that I have no other choice or else I will miss my flight! So they charged me $360 to get my flight changed to a different time. I later found out that the airline allowed the change of flight without any fee because it was an operational issue. In fact the airline was willing to refund us the ticket if the flight wouldn't work for us. This only means that Smartfares charged me for something that should have been free. They STOLE my money and definitely CHEATED. I am so frustrated because they wouldn't refund me my money. Their business should be closed!
Update: I filed a complaint thru BBB. Fortunately, SmartFares responded quickly and positively by refunding the $360 charge...Now I will just have to wait & see. Good luck everyone. Hope you'll have a better experience.
The website was great to use, and there were no added fees tacked on from the time I searched the flight to the booking. However, on the confirmation page you are asked about many add-ons that are usually clicked into the default "accept" position, meaning that a few people who aren't careful about the fine print will skip ahead and have unwanted extra charges. Otherwise I am satisfied with the service.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
