I did not want to add any additional expense like Cancellation Protection, but somehow it got added and I did not get to see the final payment total before processing the card payment. When I processed the payment, I was shocked to see that additional $163 have been deducted from my account. I am so disappointed as it feels like I have been played. Please return my money and remove that additional thing from my tickets.

I booked a flight for my wife with the last name of HARTZ. When the ticket was issued it showed HARYZ. I called you folks but was told nothing could be done except to pay a $125 change fee for one letter. Alaska Air said they couldn't do anything because it was 3rd party but there should be no charge since it was with 24 hrs. And a minor name change. I had no choice but to pay the ransom because the ticket was worthless as printed. I did negotiate it down to $90 which made me feel no better.
A big payment came off my account twice, please contact me regarding this
