No confirmation of reservation or even acknowledgement of a reservation request. Online chat asked promised to get back in 4-6 hrs and never didn't just lied.
It would be great if customers receive an email when their credit or debit card has declined. So I'm that case the customer can respond quick with another payment method. My card was declined with my first reservation and I never got an email saying that it was declined.

I had a terrible experience. Attempted to reschedule a flexible ticket I purchased and was told the ticket could not be changed for a later date. I was ordered by my doctor not to fly for increased risk for blood clots. I provided smart fare with a do not fly order from my doctor. Smart fare refused to refund my money after I could not change the flexible ticket which should have allowed me to reschedule. They try to place the blame on the airline company. The supervisor Santiago is rude and lacks customer service skills. I warn you do not purchase tickets through this agency. They do not take calls after a certain time. Manager do not return phone calls to resolve issue. Do not book your flight through SmartFare!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
