I bought 3 tickets for my family on 03/09/23 and received confirmation number but my bank account didn't charge, then I called at morning a day after to figure out the problem but the agent said for some reasons tickets didn't issue. Then he rebooked my flights ( same flights) but $120 more expensive compared to my first booking! He said airline increased the price but I saw the price in the website is same as my first booking, when I asked him to explain he said because you're getting tickets by phone and this way is more expensive! Finally I got the confirmation but I am very disappointed and unhappy.

I booked my air ticket, and initially wanted to change one of the dates on the flight. I called the hotline and thought I would wait long, but my call was answered within 1 minute. The agent was helpful with my query and understood me without having to repeat myself. They even did their best to give me a discount with the re-booking fee. I did not proceed with it, but I liked that they tried.
