I'm a first time flyer and smartfares was very helpful I messed up on my booking and they were right there tk fix the issue.
The prices posted on the website are very different from those charged.

The assisstant in call was so friendly and nice serving lady.
However, I found correction policy to be totally unfair. When I booked tickets, I typed the names and surnames as they are written in our national ID which is ok to travel to Turkey from Azerbaijan. There are several letter in our alphabet those are speific and I wrote as written in the ID. Booking system accepted those letters and did not prompt me that they will not be accepted. But in flight confirmation I saw that those specific letters are missing. That is why I had to call for correction of name and surnames spelling to international letters and had to pay about 350 USD for that. I think it is not fair and this kind of case should have been considered in your flight booking policy.

I didn't get the details of my flight number. Are my order confirmed? I didn't see my charge from my credit card.
Overall good except when booking I selected a window seat without knowing there was an upcharge. The cost was not visible until after checkout as there was a pop up blocking it. Once ticketed I called and requested a refund and that any seat would be fine. I was given an email address to send a request to and did. Haven't heard back yet. If the refund comes through, I'm happy!

I needed some flights for my family to spend a vacation in Madrid and I found excellent rates through this operator.
A simple and safe process.
I had to call many times and every time I called - I got disconnected. Each customer service Rep that I spoke with was rude and did not want to help. All I kept hearing was send an email. Each Rep gave me different answers and nothing was corrected. Very frustrating
They were also very hard to understand - broken English and improper use of the language - also very frustrating
