I am very disappointed with SmartFares. The total cost of my trip that was quoted to me on the confirmation webpage did not match the amount that was charged to my credit card. The amount that I was charged was nearly $100 more than what I understood was the final cost. When I called customer service to complain, I spoke to two uncooperative and rude employees that refused to believe that I was telling the truth and treated me with contempt. I will never be using SmartFares again and I will be sure to warn other people that SmartFares scams their customers.

Very happy with the price and customer service, I was worried that I wouldn't get the price quoted because it was a GREAT price and all the other websites that I had tried, kept saying the fare was no longer available. This was my first time to use SmartFares and I will definitely be a return customer.
