I didn't want seat selection but it charged me an extra $120 to select seats.Then when I checked out it never told me the total so I assumed it was only the original fare amount. After I noticed it changed me $120 extra on my receipt I called them right away and told them I didn't want to pick my seat and they told me that it was a non refundable selection. I told the rep that I never selected it and even if I can't get my money back I never was able to select any seats so why should I be charged. He said he was going to get his boss and told me he would call me back and I never heard from him again.

When I bought the ticket there was a penalty in case of cancellation on my side, around 1/3 of the total value.
I did cancel and know they said the fee is 2/3 of the price because Airline policy, but I did not buy to the airline or I am wrong. And on top they have not return my 1/3 since 3 month ago. And in the chat they ask me for my credit card CVV (I did not provide off course)
Be careful with this cyber agencies.better to pay more direct to airlines.
