Lo que mejoraría es que haya un detalle de lo que comprende el pasaje (ej si incluye o no maletas, si es reembolsable, etc) el paso antes del pago ofrecen productos para agregar pero no detalla lo que hasta el momento se eligió.
El Billete electrónico tampoco llega al mail, si queda habilitado en la pagina el chat online, la persona que te atiende te lo manda pero no seria algo practico.

E comprado mi pasaje el 9 de enero para el 13 de enero para lima de pucallpa a las 3.45 de la tarde me aceptaron la compra fui ese mismo día q iba a viajar a la oficina de star perú y me dijeron q no tenia ningún vuelo ese día si no tenia ningún vuelo por q me han cobrado de la tarjeta necesitaba viajar ese día la verdad es la primera vez q compro en esta empresa y me sale con esto como es posible, así que por favor necesito la devolución de ese dinero si supuestamente fue rechazado la compra por q no sale en mi tarjeta la cantidad q pague.

I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience ever while dealing with their customer service I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy. The guy I talked to in the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE all I wanted was some answers to my questions and was being perfectly polite, he talked to me with such attitude and had never been treated nor talked to the way he had in my life. When I asked to speak to his manager he flat out told me no and when I asked why not he said he just would not transfer the call and hung up on me.
I booked a flight and then got a call that the flight I booked wasn't available and that I needed to buy a new flight that was about 5 thousand dollars more.
