Every thing was straight forward no problem this is my first time booking on line
It was fairly simple and cheaper than the other providers. The amount was showing and the amount I got charged was slightly different and that is most likely because of the exchange rate. Could have been better if it had outlined that there might be a discrepancy.

No distractions or confusion with moving from one screen to the next... As far as online experiences go, this was a 10 out of 10.

I started the booking and it was ok, you asked for extra payment for seats and I paid, I believe you have as a normal agent to get my seat, next day I receive the email that I need to call the airline 2 days before the flight to get the seats and the tickets,
If I will not get my seats as we paid I will dispute the extra payment for the seats
When I booked it showed what I owed in Canadian and then when I looked at my visa bill it was a completely different number. I'm booked but can someone explain to me the other charges that were made to change the total?!

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
