Han pasado 2 días desde mi compra y aunque me llego la confirmación de la compra, no me ha llegado el tiquete de vuelo, o sea no se con cual linea aerea voy a viajar, podrían ayudarme con esto?, gracias.
Searching known and unknown airlines and travel sites for booking a trip to Israel during the war, I found SmartFares through my Brave search engine. I'm very hopeful that I'll be able to select a seat. We'll see!
Quick and easy is what I can describe my experience as. Everything synchronized, making it easier for me to book.
This was my first time booking flight tickets on my own without a travel agency and the site was easy to use and navigate. Tickets were purchased and confirmed without any issues.
Called me the next day pretending the airline has raised the price by 110 USD even though the price on SmartFares and other booking sites was still the same. I told them to cancel and booked with another site for 15 USD more without issues, got my eTicket the same day.
Funny that the guy on the hotline who called me said that prices are always 24-72h delayed which supposedly was the reason I still see the good prices on SmartFares and other sites. Such bull$#*! (obviously).

Switch and bait practice going on here. I saw prices in Canadian dolllars but then was charged a US Dollar amount with came out to $31.00 more than the price on the screen. Customer Service (chat bot) said Oh the extra charge was from your bank. I tried to explain that the issue was with their website conversion program and well, they just did not acknowledge the issue. So buyer beware if you are in Canada. The price on the screen is NOT what you will be charged. Like I said, bait and switch.
I was having a little trouble at first but it went well I got an email saying my booking was confirmed
