It was really easy to find prices and to complete the booking process.

The representative so rude to customers. They put customers down and don't care what they said. Also one more thing that on the website said we can cancel within 24h but when I call they gave me back only 700 something that I paid $1,256. It's first time in my life and last time also with this company. Bye bye...

I booked an international flight for $ 1376 CAD. When I checked my bank statement it was being billed at $ 1485 CAD.
I feel cheated by this company.

This website is a total scam. Any positive reviews must have been written by the company itself. I booked a trip from Hawaii to Vietnam four months in advance. Two days before I was supposed to leave, I noticed with no help from SmartFares that one of my connecting flights had changed and the connection could not be made. I called them and was told that I would now have to pay a change fee. What could I say so I did. I called practically every minute for the next two days waiting for confirmation and got excuse after excuse. SmartFares never provided a new flight. I asked for a full refund and was told that everything would be refunded except the change fee and the tax. The tax, the government charge for goods or services rendered, when there was no ticket? The change fee when there was no changed flight? And then I was told I would have to wait two months to get my refund. It has been three and today after me constantly asking, I was told that the airline is denying me a refund. The airline that never provided a ticket? Scam! Do not be fooled.

I always search to find low air fare prices unfortunately for me I was a victim of fraud please beware of the SITE TRAVEO They told me the flight was full and stole my money. I then search again and found the same flight with smartfare. My boyfriend just lost his father and his sister. He would of been so upset if I didn't discover that Traveo was a fraud company. I have booked many flights in the past with smart fare it is always a very smooth process. THEY ARE A HONEST COMPANY great ticket prices THANK YOU.
