Made a mistake accepted insurance no way to back track and cancel it without cancelling the whole thing with steep penalty on both tickets...but you already know that...it's the way you designed it won't use you again

If you were to have an emergency or need to cancel your flight, they do absolutely nothing to help you change your flight, give you airline credit or just give you a partial refund.
