Unable to book 2 tickets for same flight, was told none were available (not true). The person on phone then tried to sell another trip for more money! And cancellation insurance for more money! I cancelled the booking within 30 minutes for this reason and ALSO because my bank blocked payment to this company! Was charged cancellation fees of 198.00US$. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SMART FARES SITE JABBER!

Online they posted price for flight and you booked it, but in 10 minutes some of their stuffs guy called me and said that price for ticket I booked not available anymore and increased for 90$ then when you not agree with that price he began to bargain with you like in market it's ridiculous
