This flight is for the Dressage Olympics in Paris, an experience of a lifetime for me and the less travel stress I have the more I can enjoy this adventure. I am very unsatisfied; I initially went through Smartfares travel when I purchased my ticket leaving Okinawa Japan to manila Philippines. I got email from Asiana telling me my departure flight from Okinawa was delayed until 1935 on 7 August due to the typhoon. My connecting flight from Incheon Korea to manila leaves at 1905 so there was no way to make that connection. I initially called Asiana airlines but they told me to call smartfares travel because I booked the flight through smartfarers. I called smart fares and was trying to tell them that Asiana changed my flight but one lady said I was very rude and when I talked to the supervisor who help me, he told me that I was neglected by his representatives. Initially I asked to cancel my flight because first because the quoted me $900.00 dollars for the change in my flight. I told them that Asiana airline made the departure change due to the typhoon over Okinawa. The supervisor intervened at this point and told me $900.00 was the wrong and it would be $389.00 dollars. I had medical appointments in the Philippine because I am a disable veteran of the United States Air Force and I am on a fixed income. Initially paid $594.00 dollars for the flight and now I had to pay another $389.00 dollars for the change that made because my departure was changed due to the typhoon. I tried to talk with Smartfares travel about this but they did not want to hear it. I was told that I was being argumentative and told them I do not think it fair that I need to pay anything for the change of the flight. One of my friend was on the same flight but he was booked with another travel agency and they changed his flight without any charges I understand any changes I make I need to pay no problem. I hope we can resolve this issue and mainly I want my $389.00 dollars return, I wait your reply Thanks

Called to clarify a reservation, spoke to an unprofessional and poorly trained Indian rep, and he dropped the call. Called back, spoke to a better but not ideal manager. Got nothing resolved.
I was a little worried when my confirmation did not come through right after booking and money was not deducted until 2 hours after, then 2 hour after deduction a confirmation email was sent. I will definitely use the site again, prices are fair.
This is the first time for me, so I don't know until we are going end of March. One point doesn't clear is about carry-on baggage, there's no explanation it's including or not.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
