Everything is good so far except the amount of money charged by my bank is different with the price on SmartFairs receipt which suprised me. Call SmartFairs customer service and they said that is because SmartFairs changes the Canadia Dollar price on website back to US dollar then charge that amount in my bank account. Since that, my bank will charge me in different exchange rate and exchange fee which makes my fare larger than the receipt.
If that is the case, I would suggest showing US dollar amount in receipt instead of Canadian dollar and that won't confuse costomers.

It said fully refundable within 24 hours and I tried to cancel within that time period and I was told I had to pay service fees, also it gave me prices in Canadian but then they charged a different amount (higher conversion amount) not a bank conversion but their own conversion amount

I booked my flight with you I quickly saw after confirmation my second name was spelt wrong by one letter,I tried contacting you but only managed to get through after 24hrs.I was told it would cost me $289 I had no choice but to agree only to be told by the person in the call center he had rebooked it and put down the incorrect date of March next year even though I was traveling on the 5th of July this year!.Then he told me because HE HAD put the wrong day into the system it would now cost me $350 I felt I had no choice but to agree because I'd paid $600 already I found you service to be very poor at best! (I'm still waiting for confirmation of my ticket!)

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
