It' was alright, I haven't get my tickets into and such but it's all good overall
When I booked, it said 24 hours free cancelation. So I had change of plant and then I call them and they said no that they will deduct a fee for cancelation and it haven't even been 10 hours since I booked. I had to call my bank and told them then. When I have the proof of their website, they refund me The whole amount. Watch out from this company.

My experience has been very good so far and, whilst my interaction with SmartFares has been minimal, I have nothing to complain about. I ordered tickets for an international flight, and I got tickets. Just one thing that would be nice to see is some control over the currency that's displayed. This would be a nice addition. Thanks.

I booked a flight online and was debited from my card, then i received email that airline haven't confirmed my flight. When i called I was informed i was refunded coz prices got high so therefore i didnt get the flight i needed
Didn't like the fact prices shows in CAD but I have been charged in USD. The confirmation page showed $373 CAD but I have been charged $399 in my credit card which shows descrpency. I called the agent and they told me because of USD to CAD conversion I had to pay extra fund. So unhappy about this policy and I am not sure if I choose this agent in the future.
I searched all the sites and smart fares had the best deal! Going forward, I will not be wasting time checking other websites, I will go directly to smart fares.
I loved booking my flight with you, however I was a bit upset that I bought the baggage package for $19 and didn't get check baggaged as expected, it wasn't clear to me if that extra included baggage or only baggage claim insurance.

I wanted to rebook a ticket, I paid 50Euro extra for that.
First it is impossible to do it online only by phone on Foreign country that cost communication.
Second The person there told me that to rebook it cost me 175 Euro more due to taxes and so on, where as buying a new one way ticket cost 139 Euro.
I will make sure that everyone know about this

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
