...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.

I like this site, but they won't let you write 2 separate reviews for 1 site. I posted a review about Google, but now I have a new complaint but I don't want my first review replaced. I think you should be able to write 2, 3, 4, 5 reviews about 1site. New complaints arise especially on Google. But ok sitejabber whatever you're rules but I think that rule SUCKS

I have spent an hour trying to post a review. I entered everything to substantiate my purchase including the order number. Sitejabber wanted me to sign in. Apparently I'd written a review there before. They sent me a temporary password which they REFUSED TO RECOGNIZE OR ACCEPT. They then attempted to force me to complete a profile which inluded all types of personal data, including my photograph and date of birth. I have no intention of providing everything they want. They are not entitled to it. As a result I am unable to warn other consumers about the product I purchased and had a legitimate problem with.

I came here to look at reviews for apartments.com. What I found is ads for bitcoin and reviews for the apartments themselves, not apartments.com.
With half the reviews not being relevant the rating is useless

If site jabber is all about honest reviews, then why do they have an influencer program? Influencers are PAID to influence or change someone's decision. I'm starting to wonder how "honest" this site really is.

We understand influencers may get a bad rep, however, we only work with influencers who agree to give honest, balanced feedback – with no bias towards the positive ones. Authentic reviews are at the heart of what we do, whether from influencers or everyday people.
Most of reviewer are whiners and disgruntled people who come just to complain.
There is incentive for millions of normal people to come to write reviews.
Hi Krzysiek. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. That being said, Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either.
Are there any websites you like? What about websites you hate? Do you ever go golfing in the nude? Well, if so, Sitejabber might be right for you!
If you ever wanted to share your opinion with others on how much you like or dislike a webby, Sitejabber is a good way to do it. I'm not sure exactly how well-known the webby is, but I'm sure more people have heard of them than the sheila you kissed in the third grade behind the bleachers that will deny it to this day.
So give the page a gander and share your knowledge or disdain for other websites.

I use Sitejabber pretty often. I never make a purchase with a business I've never heard of before checking for reviews first. Sitejabber tends to have at least a few reviews on every business I've needed to research.

They invested money in seo and design of site, but forget to make their service really work, never get ordered amount of upvotes, always 10%-50% less

It seems Sitejabber Trusts more on Negative reviews. My several partner says. They don't allow customers positive reviews often and marked as spam and delete them. I have several business. I have created accounts on trustpilot. But I am afraid of Sitejabber really. I am still thinking about if I should create one here too or not.
I think Sitejabber is brilliant and some of the contests and features that they offer are amazing.
