Came here from curiousity from reviews on a known bad player in the precious metals field: that business has only two types of reviews: 1s and 5s, with all the 5s obviously fake reviews - the truth of this can be backed up by checking BBB complaints - said company is drowning in them, all of which mirror the 1 reviews on their own site and on Sitejabber. Sitejabber also insures their reviews are anonymous: first name and initial. Obviously, Sitejabber simply posts whatever the review is with NO oversight, confirmation, or critical review: this renders Sitejabber essentially worthless unless your intent is to buy from companies which can afford to purchase favorable reviews.

What the hell Sitejabber? Why can't I read another person's reviews? I can see the first part of it, but when I click on it to try and read the rest, nothing opens up, so more than half of a person's comment is missing. So what's the fk'ing point?!

My First time Experience with site jabber! Looks like its a waste of like. I posted my First review. After completing writing they've told it may be great to post a Video review. Which I did. Soon after I got a mail saying it will be approve in 2 Days. Today after 3 Days when I checked my Profile it was not even found there? Like seriously? I'm only giving it two stars for the fact that it is a good site to review stuff on. However i've noticed a lot of undeserved review activity lately. The fact is that when i go to a review site i want to see what real people have to say not what botted accounts have to say. If you're looking for real reviews look somewhere else.

They are biased now, they publish some reviews based on their employees mood
Some of my reviews showed up that it's published but zero views while others are more than 1500 views and some even 7000 views!

I have been using Sitejabber for almost a year. As of today, no issues with this review platform.
They do read reviews before posting but they usually get it done in less than hour depending on the time of day.

Sitejabber asks questions of its reviewers things such as bust and hip size and other mostly unrelated information not necessary in a full legitamate review site.

A typically review website that encourage bad reviews then try to extort businesses for money. For example you need to write a novel to post on here. This is standard of ranting unhappy people, not people that just wish to leave a positive review. No doubt if they're offered money they will "improve your listing" or something like that.
Terrible website and they shouldn't be trusted.
Since posting I've noticed you need to create an account etc, once again something annoyed people will happily do, not so much people that are happy.
