I had a bad review where the reviewer posted a nonsense like she was abused. I flagged the review saying we never do such thing. To my surprise no response from them on this yet they marked the reviewer as verified.
Alright fine i asked 3 legitimate clients to post positive reviews on my profile.
Again surprise they showed me they had already posted the reviews but none of them was made live.
Now i have written them to delete my profile so that i don't have to deal with such BS. As per GDPR and other laws they are supposed to honor my request of deleting our profile from their website.
But i am sure they might have already written a nonsense term to not allow deletion of your business from their website.
This website was a terrific idea and I commend whoever designed it. Too often and for too long service providers and companies selling products have gotten away with unthinkable things shysting their customers in ways you'd never believe! Now their wrongdoing has been being into the light because of sitejabber!

They make you create an account in order to leave a review. That process took awhile since it had trouble connecting to my facebook (not a problem I normally have) and it got stuck a few times trying to load with my email address so I restarted the process multiple times.

Sitejabber is by far better than Trustpilot. Sitejabber is easy to navigate. The review process is great, and everything is well maintained and organized. I have not encountered any glitches or bugs. The reviews look genuine for both positive and negative feedback. I have no complaints. So far, great work!

I really love this website, I cant believe how much money they have saved me. I only wish I had known about this website a long time ago. If I had the info that this site provides a year ago I would not have made several purchases that ended up being fraudulent websites. Its awesome to be able to get it out to the public what many of the sites are about. Our $ is precious these days and nobody has the right to take advantage of anyone. Thanks sitejabber for helping to open the book on scammers.

Not excepting my posts. After a attempting to give a less than great review to another company site- jabber would not post my post. Maybe they just except great reviews for the companies they represent or analyze.
