The order process was very easy and the site was very user friendly. Any questions I had were promptly answered and my order was dispatched within 1 week. When my glasses arrived they were just as advertised.

Very good product. I upgraded lenses to a higher level, without any large extra cost, and these lenses are just as good, if not better, than lenses in my old glasses bought from local dealer.
I got glasses delivered 2 weeks after ordering, and they came from Hong Kong - no problems with tax or anything.

Overall, my experience with this company has been horrible! First of all, it took WEEKS for my order to come. Yes, they were backordered, but it did not let me know that when I made the order! When I finally got them, I had received TWO PAIRS of the SAME GLASSES. If there was some kind of mess up during the ordering process, you would think that someone would have noticed it and not sent two pairs of the exact same glasses to the same house. This just meant that I had to go through the process of getting them sent back and getting my money back for the second pair, which was very annoying. When all that was settled, I only got a chance to wear my new glasses for 4 months before they broke. I took them off my face to clean them and noticed the plastic around the lens had snapped where a screw was. So, it was time to contact Costumer Service again to get it covered under warranty since I hadn't done anything out of the ordinary with my glasses. After I had sent the pictures they had asked for, they told me that extra pressure would have had to have been applied for them to break that way, but that the cause could have also been from a screw that was screwed in too tightly. Isn't that a manufacturers defect if the screw was screwed in too tightly? But they still couldn't cover it with warranty? INSANE! I will NEVER be buying from this company again. I suggest buying from your optometrist if you are looking for a new pair of glasses. This company is just not worth the pain and you know what you are getting with your optometrist.

From checking our records, it is evident that two orders were placed. However, they were placed on different days and with different kinds of prescription lenses. After every order is placed, we always send a follow up email for our customers to confirm the details. We do apologise if there were any misunderstandings during this process.

After spotting the frame I wanted in a physical store I wanted to read about glasses before I bought them. That's when I stumbled upon Smartbuyglasses and could not believe my eyes: a 70% saving for the same product, and delivered at home... I got a prescription, uploaded it to have it checked and voila. Good communication all along the process: order placed, in production, tracking number. The glasses are just perfect! No reason to look elsewhere anymore, these people do an excellent job!

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
