I hate this company, I never received my money back and never received the item. I have kids, and this money I need! Never ever order with this company!
Website is very user friendly and delivery was extremely fast! I would definitely recommend Smart Buy Glasses to anyone looking for designer glasses at a discount price.
The only thing I have to mention is I had to pay an extra tax when I receive the glasses, that should be included in the final price.

First they shipped a wrong product, then they ask me to ship it back to HK for which the cost was same as product brought. If that's the case they are shipping fake products.

Please notice that, as we send a big number of orders every day, we have a preference price with the courier service, so, it most probably won’t be the same price they ask you to pay in order to return the item to us.

I`m a little disappointed because I can`t see/look at any long distance with these glasses. I see quite well in computer but... to visit the toilet or eat a lunch... not managing.

Please notice that the computer lenses are specifically processed for correct your view at a middle distance, so, it is normal that your view at near or far distance is not totally clear.
In any case, as we mention in our website, you have 100 days to return your glasses for a refund or an exchange, so, if you want to change the type of lenses, please send an email to our customer service and they will help you to select the best option for your needs.

La compra en este sitio, en mi primera experiencia en adquirir un producto por internet al exterior fue un exito! La empresa se porto de maravilla con respecto al seguimiento. El problema lo tengo aqui en Argentina pais complicado ya que la aduana no me da el producto hasta completar una serie de tramites y costos extras que tengo que abonar por comprar en el exterior.
I bought the glasses from Chile for a very good price (at least in comparison with Chilean prices). I recieved the glasses on time, in a very good shape. I was pretty surprised of how easy and fast it was.

Unfortunately i did not have my glasses yet. The courrier provider is a mess in Argentina. I have to pay an store fee for each day of custody they provide.
You have to give your customers the opportunity to choose a carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex) even is there is an extra charge.

My experience with smartbuyglasses was pretty good. Due to the fact that the glasses had to be shipped to Europe, it took ak while until I finaly got them. But the customer sevice has been that fast, friendly and anxious. That's why I am totally happy with everything and I would definetly order again from smartbuyglasses.

I ordered a pair of popular sunglasses. They did not indicate on site that they weren't in stock or on backorder. They charged my Amex card immediately for the full amount. Then claimed it would take 2-11 days. Then when that passed said "backorder" another two weeks. Then two more weeks. And kept offering to change to another model. I told them they took payment, and I wanted the glasses I ordered. They never delivered. After 7-8 weeks, they emailed to say they couldn't get the glasses at all. Ridiculous, I would never trust this company to send you what you ordered. Totally unsatisfactory service.

For Canadian customers at least, when pricing out glasses, be sure to account for taxes, duty and brokerage fees. Despite the Canadian site, my glasses shipped from Hong Kong and I was hit with brokerage fees upon delivery of the package. It's not the import fees that upset me, but the misleading shipping information at http://www.smartbuyglasses.ca/fast-shipping that seems to imply that Canadian orders are domestic.
UPDATE: after contacting customer service, smartbuyglasses has offered to refund me the import fees associated with my order - so plus one star. Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
