I have just purchased 3 pairs of glasses. 1 pair of bifocals in regular glass and 1 pair in sunglass. The other pair was for my daughter in Scotland. We were very pleased with the selection and options. Once we got our glasses we where very pleased with the quality of the lenses that SmartBuy Glasses use. I chose a style of sunglasses that ended up being too big for my face and they made the exchange very easy. I will order again and my husband is now looking for his new glasses.
On ordering a new brand of lens an error took place.The order was based on a previous order (I am not a new customer). The new lenses, a box of 90, arrived within a fair amount of time, but not as multifocal lens. I contacted customer care after using 2 and discovering there was a mistake... and it appears the other 88 lenses are destined for the bin as you only accept unopened boxes returned.

The sunglasses is very beautiful and comfortable and makes me very relaxed in the sun of Rio de Janeiro.
I have just two comments. It is as the delay of delivery. I did not know that the purchase would be international and that would come from such a distant place. I even thought it would not receive the product. But it turned out all right.
The other is that I thought I saw at the time of purchase the site, would receive a kit with some dusters and liquid for cleaning glasses. But if it is not true, all right, may have been my mistake.
What matters is that the product has arrived and I am happy with the purchase and placement of you.

Geen probleem met bestellen en betaling, na twee weken een mail dat de lenzen een levertijd van minimaal 4 tot 6 weken hadden. Bij * zelfde lenzen besteld zonder levertijd.
Uiteindelijk lenzen van SGB toch ontvangen, wat een slechte communicatie heeft mij zeker geld gekost.

I ordered a Adidas frame on SmartBuy Glasses. It take a week it arrives, every time I emailed the customerservice about the order status, they gave a quick response. My son likes the frame and it is in fashiion and good quality. A nice buy!
My products came very quickly. Shipping was very fast and i tracked all steps of shipment. Products are original
I bought 2 packs of contact lenses. One box is from a other production series. The expire date allready in 2018 indicates, that it was verxy Long on stock. The other box is exp. Date until 2021 or so.
I hope the Quality inside is right.

It was the first time of purchase.
I was relieved to able to check the status of up to shipping.
I ordered Raybans 6 days ago, credit card has been charged. I did not get any email confirmation of order. There is no phone number to call and when I call the number on my credit card statement it goes to a different company. I have sent an additional message off the website to try and cancel, only want my money back right now. Communication has been very challenging.
I have now been contacted which is good, I'll update when my money is refunded.
UPDATE, funds have been refunded. This may have all been a misunderstanding I don't know, ultimate they refunded the funds so I have adjusted my rating.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription. There unfortunately isn't a way for us to determine your prescription without the actual details, so please do visit your local eye doctor for assistance with this.
