I like these Burberry sunglasses very much: beautiful and elegant. They go with everything
Smartbuyglasses web site say they had my frames in stock, but shoppers don't believe it. They just say that for everything. Fact is that my frames are delayed 5 going on 6 weeks. It doesn't take 6 weeks for them to 're-supply they're stock.
You will get nothing but BS from them as to when they might ever shp your order.
They will never give an ETA, just more we're sorry emails
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from smartbuyglasses.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses through smart buy glasses on 18/5/16 and was actually really skeptical because of all the negative reviews I had been reading. And actually thought it may be a scam. However a week later and my sunglasses are with me. So happy days.

I received my order a bit later than I expected. At first I was not informed about the delay. But when I wrote to the company, one of the managers Rafael wrote me back with explanation and apologies. At the end I received my order in a very good shape. The product is very good as well. Thanks
Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. Both should be delivered in 3-5 working days. I emailed them after 10 days, one of the sunglasses wasn't on stock so it would take another 3-4 weeks, so I cancelled. The second one was supposed to come the next day. But it didn't. After emailing 3 times, with every time the same response (we don't know what happened) they told me something went wrong and I had two options: cancel my order or wait another 4 weeks. No thanks.

Both were ordered within the last year. The Nike lost a small screw, could not be provided and was no guarantee matter as it didn't happen within 6 months... So far for the 2 year guarantee.
The recent order concerned a Carrera, which lost it's logo within 2 weeks time. No replacement logo could be sent. Luckily I can order a new model and I was promised a full refund on the Carrera.
So 2 minor problems that can not be solved, which is disappointing. Besides that the solution for the Carrera is a rather costly one for the company itself...

I bought Hugo Boss glasses with prescription lenses, arrived in less than a week. Solid quality, price was less than half the price in stores. Highly recommended.
Watch it: quick delivery is not the same as quick processing. But att all a reasonable delivery time.
First the site looked fishy but i gave it a try and received the package 2 days later from hong kong. The glasses came in literally new and untouched. All perfect and i got a free cleaning kit with special screwdriver for fastening the bridges if needed. Seriously, best place i shopped glasses. And the prices? Cant beat. Only issue they need to fix is "answering" my emails. I asked them a couple questions regarding payment and shipping and until today (3 months after) no answer! So, customer care = sucks, but, product and speed = perfect.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
