I have 3 month ago my ray ban gepolarizerd 157 euro bougth by this site end are fals not real, l was in ray ban shop in Belgium end them say me this glass is not real end lm felling so bed you are liar you stole my money peace of $#*! site, lm very very disappoindet with you... never never never never again, l worked for 1 week to bye this glasses. Shame THIEVESSSSSSSSSSSS.
I took a month for me to have my glasses. However, I received good assistance and clear information all the time. What I like the most is the variety of models you have to choose but in the end, it is a little more expensive than a regular purchase.

It was really sad to waste almost 3 weeks or more ordering through SmartBuyGlasses website as my son broke his glasses and need a very quick replacement in his very first days in the university. SmartBuyGlasses had a very strange and rare validation that ordering by credit card that has a exact billing and shipping address. SmartBuyGlasses didn't state this policy on their website. All online stores like Amazon, eBay,. Etc don't ever request this validation. All people travel and make online purchase to shipping address that is different from their home billing address. SmartBuyGlasses canceled my purchase and I have to wait for refund to order through another respectful online store that dont request such odd policy. The end result I wasted 3 weeks from placing order to getting refund. SmartBuyGlasses did not state this policy on the website before ordering and they didn't even mention it during the long emails thread that went back and forth until I insisted to know the real reason why they didnt process my order.
If you want to waste your time or get your orders canceled you can use SmartBuyGlasses.

I bought the optical and it had some minor problem and I requested for an exchange, after I return the product, I received a email and was told that the product was out of stock, so I requested a refund together with the shipping fee which was agreed before. However, after I request the refund, there is no one to reply me. I sent more than 5 emails and wait for a few days alr. But I never get any reply. And until now I haven't gotten the money. This is such s disappointing experience. How can I trust the website and recommend this to my friends?

Cheaper than many other websites or stores but you get the same product. I aldready bought two pairs of sunglasses, and will return for more!
I have been pleased with the quality of the frame, they are in line with supply. I had problem with the graduation of crystals, probably my mistake by providing some graduation. It took longer than expected, although customs problems in my country. Highly recommended.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
