Competitors pay the return costs by exchange of goods. SmartBuyGlasses is not good enough! This cost I had to pay myself and I`ve waited six weeks to get new glasses. (Still not received). My next purchase will be at supplier with free Exchange Policy.
The product that I ordered is very nice. Something went wrong with the customer service in Italy but it was solved very quickly after I sent an email to SmartBuyGlasses. I will recommend this site to everyone.

I'm responding here because you seem to suggest that my not being around to pick up delivery was the problem. The point is that 1) you guys said it had been sent when it hadn't, 2) even if was being couriered by BICYCLE if shouldn't have taken 3 weeks for it to be delivered 3) there was zero update on eta at any stage, 4) I'm still waiting for my refund.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in the past couple of years. Day after I ordered i got an email to say they had been sent. Tracking online showed that they were still waiting to be picked up by courier! 3 weeks after ordering I was already halfway through my vacation when the glasses arrived (and I wasn't home to collect them). Customer service chap was very polite but completely useless in terms of getting me my glasses. He even suggested that it was up to ME to contact courier company and advise them that I no longer wanted the glasses and to please return them. And I've been waiting since 11 August for return payment. I will update this review once I have received payment.

I bought glasses and received only a frame. I returned this worthless product and despite several inquires I never received a refund.

Service was really good. My buy was sent immediately. When I needed some support, I´d requested it and I received clear instructions, in a very kind way.
My first buying experience was not good, I bought a pair of sunglasses that were not available. They took their time to tell me and their time to re-imburse.
This time around (second purchase) I had no problems.

I had received my Jackie Ohh's by Rayban with slight damage. After some e-mails i could exchange them for new ones. It took a bit longer to receive them but I am over the moon with my sunglasses and the service was wonderful!
Good price and good service, it was an amazing experience.
Ik heb bij smartglass een rayban besteld. Het duurde even omdat er wat mis was gegaan tijdens het transport. Na contact met hun gehad te hebben was de levering er na twee dagen. De bril is stukken goedkoper dan dat ik in Nederland een bril zou kopen. Zeker de moeite waard. Ben zeer tevreden.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
