My glasses arrived on time and they are exactly as I ordered them.
Su servicio fue muy bueno pero todavÃa no recibà los lentes ya que están retenidos en el correo. SerÃa bueno que el envÃo lo realicen mediante dhl o similar.

Ordered sunglasses with strengh for our son, and they came out wrong so he refused to wear them. We checked the glasses at a real store, and they were not set up as ordered!
In addition they do not operate according to local law regarding VAT, so the glasses were more expensive than stated.

Thanks to the assistance of the customer service, my new glasses have been replaced with new corrected lens in a very kind and professional handling.
At smartbuyglasses I can almost buy 3 glasses for the same price as 1 pair in stores - where quality is equivalent. I have ordered twice and it has worked well both times. I work with supply chain solutions myself, and must say I'm impressed with the possibilities to track the status of my glasses and the accuracy of the delivery. The website is very easy and uncomplicated. So far I have nothing to complain about!

I´m very happy with my new glasses. Great prices and fast delivery. I saved half the money on what it would cost me to buy the same glasses in the store.
I received broken linses. It says in the description that the linses are comfortable for the eye. I could not have them I my eye for more than 10 seconds before my eyes were filed with tears and pain. Don't buy!

Can I take this in swedish since I bought my sunglasses from the swedish site?
Jag ångrade mitt köp och skickade tillbaka båda paren solglasögon, helt oanvända. På hemsidan under rubriken returer står det att man måste skicka paketet signerat och detta kostade i mitt fall 140 SEK, vilket jag INTE fick tillbaka. Det enda som står är "Fraktkostnaden för din ursprungliga beställning är inte återbetalningsbar." Men den frakten var ju gratis. Inte för att 140 SEK är mycket pengar, men det är sura pengar när jag kunde skickat dem billigare med vanlig post. Jag skickade till och med kvittot på betalningen av frakten. Bilder finns.

Have returned glasses a few times. One time it was the wrong colour, another time scratches and things like that. It takes too much time to return and get a new product. And its way too expencive and way too tricky to return it from Norway. When you have to pay the return cost yourself its too much trouble and money. You should offer free return and a notwegian returnadress at least.
I am very happy for my New sun glasses, they were Perfect, Excactly what I was hoping for:-)
Only one thing though, the end of the Box suddenly felt appart, and I can no longer use the Box when I do not use the glasses - not good:-(

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription. There unfortunately isn't a way for us to determine your prescription without the actual details, so please do visit your local eye doctor for assistance with this.
