This is the forth time I buy from SmartBuyGlasses and I will do it again. They help you fast and kindly if you need them, at least here in Spain and the product is always very well packed and in mint condition.

I am very satisfied with my glasses. From when I ordered until I received the parcel it took 3-4 weeks, so that's a bit long to wait for an Internet order nowadays. However I was in contact with customer service during this time who could update me on the status for my order.

I read a lot of negative reviews before I finally decided to give it a try... Before I made an order I confirmed via email that they have product I wanted in stock. After that all was very quick and professional - 2-3 days.
My recent purchase left me very satisfied.
I was particularly happy with the price:-) quick delivery and prompt response to all the questions I had asked.
At the beginning I was not sure as you are never sure with a website that you just found googling, and that has no telephone number to contact them. But the service was fantastic, I always received my merchandise, and when it was out of stock, they sent me several e mails until we could sort out any problem. I will continue using it for sure

The purchased glasses came as ordered but only after a month!
As the company ships from Hong Kong, I had to pay another 20% VAT and an extra 20% DHL fee for obtaining the Customs Clearance.
Update: Shortly after writing this review on sitejabber.com I've been contacted by the Service Manager of SmartBuyGlasses with apologies and the request to forward them the invoice for the extra taxes I had to pay to receive my order. After receiving the invoice, they fully reimbursed the paid taxes.

Smooth process from ordering to getting them delivered. Very happy with my glasses!
The delivery was OK, but the invoice was not accepted by the health insurance because it does not show the delivered goods(the kind of lenses)

I bought a pair of glasses which not only had a great price but were also delivered in just a few days with DHL.

I purchased november 7th at the time of purchase it stated in stock. After purchase it stated in fine print "out of stock" on an E-mail. (that i did not notice till i called and it was brought to my attention When i contacted them 7 days later at that time they tried to switch me to a different style they had in stock) 14 days later i get an E-mail product was in stock and will shipping info will be emailed soon. After 21 days I contacted them to inquire about the shipping date because i had not gotten an email. They stated it was scheduled to ship december 7th. I told them it was in stock why so late. They just said that is the date. December 7th came around and I had no email I called and said I had not received a tracking #. They said "We are sorry sir we will check into it and contact you back" At that point I am angry and tell her this is ridiculous and poor customer service. Her solution was giving me a 5% discount. 5%... REALLY $8 WHOLE Dollars. Seriously (Oh By the Way I did not even get it) Now it is Wednesday December 14th and I get an Email Stating my Delivery would be Delayed 5 to 9 Business days (FIVE to NINE BUSINESS DAYS) That is Unacceptable Business Practice.

I was very excited to order a style of Raybans that had been discontinued. However, realized very quickly they are not real, and all I get are emails trying to make me buy something else instead for them. Awful.

Answer: Hi Lloyd, Thanks for the question. We provide Frame Only options for those without a prescription, so you can have the lenses installed by a local optician. Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
