Recommend it to everyone I know, easy and no hassle. However, there is always room for improvement and over achievement.
I ordered Maui Jim sunglasses on January 12th. They took my money via credit card on January 12th. Today is February 15th and I still do not have my glasses. Repeated tracking updates all advise that my glasses unavailable for shipping. Do not trust this company. They are not efficient or reliable.
I placed my money order on 31 Jan. They collected the money from my credit card immediately. Seven days later nothing has happenened, and their customer service number is "not recognised".
Looks like a scam.

Ordered frames on 12/23/2016. Contacted almost a week later to be told they were out of stock, but inventory confirmed with manufacture and that I should have frames within 1 - 4 weeks. We are now 5 weeks later (6 weeks from order placement) and I still do not have my frames.
Contact customer service and the best response they can give is that they will need to check with their buyer to confirm status and will let me know within 24 hours by email... it should be interesting to see how this resolves.
At this point, I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company unless you want to deal with headaches, poor customer service, and wait for false promises to be delivered on.

I ordered 2 pair. At first I was happy, but then a week later the arm of one pair broke off. They are both way foggier and stay foggy than my CostCo glasses. When I emailed to get my broken pair fixed, they said I needed pictures of it when I already provided my order number and the style number. I have only had them 2 weeks. I hope this process to just get a simple repair is more effort than it is worth.

Compré unas gafas etnia y recibí el modelo solicitado pero al ponérmelas no me resltó el color adecuado a mi cara y solicité el cambio por otro color. Me atendieron muy amablemente y me guiaron para hacer la devolución y el cambio por el otro modelo sin coste.
Los lentes fenomenales, el "Asian Fit" es lo máximo, por fin un par de lentes que no se me andan resbalando todo el día (debe de ser ASIAN FIT), lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Fandt mit brillestel (Oakley Splinter) uden glas til 2/3 af prisen at hvad det ville have kostet, og samtidig en super hurtig levering.
In term of delivery I can say that everything went well.
However, as the shipment arrived from Hong Kong I will never be sure the goods are genuine...

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
