My worst online purchasing experience ever. Item purchased was not physically available but listed as available on the website. Made to wait about 2 weeks before being notified that item not available. Later after waiting another week, another email saying item still not in stock. I was offered a 5% discount which I think is pathetic compared to what other companies would offer.
It arrived faster than expected amazing quality! I would totally buy again on this site. It has amazing models and prices.
After receiving a voicemail that my item is out of stock I have attempted 6 times to call and sent 2 emails and have yet for anyone to respond. I should not have to go through this kind of trouble to get someone on the phone. When calling it says "all agents are busy", slight further online instructions to send an email for a return call and then hangs up on me. NOT HAPPY!

I had a great experience at SmartBuyGlasses. I received the product I was expecting, and service was great. One suggestion is maybe they could let clients from my country know that due to customs restrictions, the product may arrive later than expected. Other than that, they were great! Thanks!
I sent my order my lenses 23rd of January, they didnt even contact me and told me that my deliver will be delayed I found out by sending them several emails. They offered my 5% discount and on the 1st of February they told me that they would have the lenses within 2-4 days and they would take 1 day with DHL to reach me. I explained several times that I didnt have any other at home and said I could cancel the order if they didnt send them within those days. They said they would and gave me 10%. No on the 22nd still no lenses and no word from them...

I ordered the sunglasses to be able to take them to our holiday in dubai. They were supposed to be sent within 11 working days (ordered on the 19.01).
Shipping confirmation came on the 16.02. We are currently back from our holidays and the glasses are still not there

Several issues here:
- The lens are of cheap material that will not last long. This is a glass for 1-2 year, nothing more.
- The Swiss custom has automatically taxer the glasses as having a value of 150 Euros (the tax declaration that went with the glasses was funnily enough saying that the glasses were a gift, value 14 Euros, coming from Italy when the pack had been sent from Hong-Kong, with a value of 115 Euros and certainly not as a gift.
- DHL taxed me 34 Euros for the so called "tax service" they provided (advancing 2,34 Euros for the Swiss tax custom). A little bit expensive, is it not?

Es la segunda vez que compro aquÃ. La página posee mucha variedad de productos y todos muy detallados, los productos ofrecidos son de buena calidad, muy recomendable.
La calidad el producto es la esperada. Muy bien.
Lo negativo es que la página de internet (smartglasses.com.ar) no informa que el producto viene del exterior (Hong Kong) con lo cual hay que afrontar gastos de Aduana y demoras excesivas. Como el dominio de internet es de Argentina (. com.ar) confunde al comprador que cree que el producto le llega al domicilio sin más trámites.

I didn't get any reply for none of my 3 emails about my order status. I made my order 1 month ago and haven't received my item yet.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
