Working with Precious was a genuine pleasure. My wife and I have a lengthy travel itinerary taking us around the world and staying in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe before returning to Los Angeles. Precious worked diligently over several days to get us the best fares and to accommodate my wife's desire to make part of her trip in Business class and the rest in Economy. We were in touch over a period of days to make clarifications and itinerary changes. Precious was knowledgeable, very personable, patient and dependable. I tried to buy two or three different fares (put in my card information and everything) and then they told me the fares were gone and they started giving me new ones with the wrong dates, etc.
Then they stopped responding all the way around and wouldn't try to requote for me. Wasted days of my time for no flights!
