Normally, I fly with the least expensive airline to Thailand. But as I get older, I find that economy is getting more and more difficult to use. I am willing to pay more for a more comfortable seat but I can't afford First Class. Skylux helped me find a better upgraded seat at affordable price. You will pay more but the cost is reasonable and the Skylux agent, Ignacio, was extremely knowledgeable and found the best deal for me. It was almost like he could read my mind. He was a great listener. Really took care of my needs.

We booked two tickets Denver to Atlanta, four tickets Atlanta to JFK and four business class tickets JFK to London. Months later Jet Blue changed the domestic flights to JFK to 4.5 hours earlier, making it impossible for our daughter and her husband to use those two tickets. We called Saul/Sal, and he stated to us MULTIPLE times that if they did not use the connecting tickets to JFK they would not be allowed to board the international flight. We were incredulous and pressed him. But he was adamant and insisted this was JetBlue policy. We, of course, called JetBlue and they told us that this was not the case and even if domestic flights are not used, any passenger can still use the international portion. So Saul or Sal just flat LIED. Based on this experience I would NOT recommend Skylux.
