Maverick was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my desires and concerns and explained differences in order to allow me to make choices. He saved me time and money by finding the right route to take me from home to my final destination without my having to book additional transportation. He was very helpful and patient with me as I had MANY questions. I had decided on a flight from Boston to Naples Italy. While working on that reservation he noticed a better flight that he saw. The timing was perfect. He called me several times to verify information and spoke with me again after my flight was complete. I have called him several times with questions after the booking. He has always gotten back to me quickly. My flight isn't until September but the customer service was awesome!Thanks Om

Super great deal on traveling to Europe with less than a month. Still ended up paying ~$3800 for tickets over the ocean vs at least 6500 but more like 10K with a huge lay flat bed seat. Great job.

Not good, I was told I could upgrade my return leg with Air India. That was a lie.
Air India would not assist me because they said the travel agent (Skylux) needed to do this.

I called Skylux Travel and received great service from Anita G. She worked with me on various options and I was able to secure a flight from Lisbon to JFK for about $1,000.00 less than the airline was quoting. Great service. I would recommend them.
