The agent, Edward, was very knowledgeable and found a great itinerary that matched our needs. Second time with Skylux, booked a multi-leg trip to Italy in August 2024 with a different agent, there was a snafu at the airport with no boarding passes and came close to missing the flight, but in the end, all worked out.
