Fast find of desired flights…got desired dates and times

I ended up getting a great price, but it took a few days to get there.

We had booked a 15-day Viking Cruise for our 40th Anniversary. When we began the search for business class airfare to Barcelona and then back home to Dallas from Norway, we were shocked at the unavailability. The fares were through the roof and the prices of business class astronomical. One call to SKYLUX and 45 minutes on the phone with Victor he had us booked on all 4 legs of our flight. Victor was respectful, thorough and he listened to all my concerns. I was very specific on seat placement, and he sent screenshots of the planes configurations and called me back as soon as I was able to make specific assignments. After purchasing premium economy tickets for Japan, I found a more direct flight and asked if I could make a change. According to Japan Airlines, if I purchased the tickets from them, I could make a change no charge. However since I purchased them through SkyLux, it would be up to them. They came back with a $2400 change fee, then $800, and I told then NO! After complaints to numerous agencies, I received an email from a "specialist". After numerous emails over a 2 week period, she came up with a $145 pp change charge(At least fair) However there were only 4 seats left and they were all NG. So If you want a ticket with free changes, use the airline directly and avoid 3rd party agencies. If you want a company with great customer service, this is the wrong place to buy.
