I booked and paid for a business class international ticket with Skylux airlines, received a confirmation email with confirmation number. After more than a month, I tried to find my reservation on the airline website and there was none! I called Skylux and insisted that I get another agent who helped me confirm and actually complete the reservation! If I had not independently checked the reservation, I would not be flying!
Also the deal when I booked included 3 free hotel nights with a voucher in any city in the place I was visiting. The process to obtain a list of hotels was very slow, took multiple phone calls and emails with the primary agent and has still not been done. I am still waiting on the same.
Expected a better experience given the reviews and reputation.

The agent booked 2 separate tickets without proper disclosure

I purchased travel insurance for etihad flights which got disrupted by mire than 12hrs leading to missed flight in chicago to denver
I am trying to claim compensation for new tkt i had to book due to missed connection.
The agency has been giving me the run around for past month and not honoring the insurance terms.
This agency is bogus and hides behind email addresses instead of direct conversation with customer. I have tried contacting the agency in thier 800 numbers, email and the travrl agent (Marvin) but all i got is wishy-washy explanation.
I am seeking compensation for travel disruption expenses which is straightforward in any insurance policy.

The fare offered is nothing different thsn what u will get if you do the search yourself.

I purchased 2 SwissAir business class tickets from SkyLux. Due to Corvid the flights were changed. I asked for a refund. They kept giving me stories and delaying. Finally I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Skylux almost immediately contacted me and asked me to stop the dispute and they would give me a credit for future travel. Long story shorth, it did not materialize, and they did not refund my money.

I booked a ticket with SKYLUX TRAVEL- huge mistake.
The company booked me the a different ticket to the one that I requested (in writing). When i alerted them they began trying to lie about what I requested - which was actually all in writing.
I asked them to cancel and when i did they stopped replying to emails etc.
I would be very careful using this company - they are dishonest scammers

I called today after seeing an add with " Save 77% " on business class travel.
I was pricing a simple roundtrip from the US to the UK. They quoted me $3795. Price directly from the airline is $3865. Not going through a consolidator to save $70

The agent booked an international trip for me but missing a key component part from Hanoi to Japan. This made the whole trip impossible. The agent of skylux did not realize it until I discovered the mistake and inform him. The agent knew the whole trip profile. He provided some early options without missing any component but the final option with missing part. But they don't admit the mistake and refuse to provide full refund. He insists me to take all the losses.

I don't know how this company are still trading - 2 years ago I had a biz class Lufthansa ticket booked from Europe back to LA -
I went to check in - the flight had been cancelled and my mkney had not been refunded. Spoke to sky luxe and they assured me the mkney was being refunded to my card but that I would have to pay again for a new ticket ~ I was at the airport - had no choice - they booked me another flight in KLM for even more mkney than my

Confirming that they had refunded me the original payment - 9 months later they had still not refusnded me - I tried through better business bureau and truspilot to make complaints - they blocked all of them -

I bought five tickets from this agency. Called my agent and asked him to cancel one of the tickets because my son couldn't travel for medical reasons. He told me that can be done but I need a doctors note that confirms that my son cannot travel. I did provide the doctors note. It's been over two weeks I never got a confirmation that the ticket was canceled nor did I get my money back. I sent a email to my agent asking him to find me two more tickets to Dubai for my friends and also find out why I haven't got back my refund. I received an email back saying unfortunately the agent left the company and none of the managers or customer service has been unable to help me. Every time you call it goes to sales department. It's very frustrating to work with an agency that cannot protect their clients. I mean what's the point of buying protection plan when you can't even get help to meet this feels like a scam. When you call they ask you who is your agent because when you're buying tickets you deal direct with the agent but if the agent is longer with the Company am I not supposed to be getting help from customer service department? Guess what they don't have customer service department I think. I even got to the point of calling the Airlines to make sure these tickets are legit because I have lost respect and trust from this Agency.
BUT: I am not stopping here cause I am going to make sure that I use all my social media platform to tell people my story and I won't stop until my issue with Skylux travel is resolved. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again.
