He was professional yet personable and not only answered all my questions but found a great international seat offer with WestJet based out of Calgary. I appreciate Eric and look forward to my trip.

I was originally speaking with Josh on a business class trip to Cairo, Egypt. He did a good job in securing me a trip on a flight I agreed with but later never returned my call and even after lying to me telling me that he had reserved my price, I lost it. Because he refused to call me back, I had to spend $300 more on my ticket. I called back and then spoke to Marvin who helped resolve the issue.

Had to cancel a trip ( Finnair Business Class - LAX to DEL) in June last year for which an airline credit was promised instead of a refund. Sean Lidell (Skylux agent) has been giving me a run around for over a month now to book a ticket on dates that he has suggested. Worst experience - stuck only because of airline credit - will never ever use Skylux for my 3-4 trips a year (with wife) between US and India. They sell travel insurance and then find reasons why it cannot be covered by insurance - then hold the money for several months and then give a run around. He actully booked my wife's ticket by economy - while the credit was for Business Calss fare. She had to travel at that time - so she ended up taking it - she even had to pay $100 for extra bag (he clearly confirmed two bags will be allowed) - and now has refused to refund that $100 as wel. He is a CROOK - stay away from him...

I'm very skeptical about these sort of "deals". But I was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty substantial saving for my business class one-way ticket. I will definitely use them again.

I had filled out the online form without much hope that I would get any better prices than I had found looking online and at other discount sites. Olaf called me and I let him know that email or text would be better communication for me as I was at work. He was respectful and immediately sent me the information over email. There was some back and forth around different airlines and at the end he was able to get me a fantastic price on Virgin Atlantic ($1k total less than the lowest advertised price I could find for two tickets) and secure the exact seats I wanted. He was really really great to deal with, I would absolutely use the service again and have recommended SKYLUX to my family and friends already.

Once you fly first class, you could never go back to Coach. That being said, these guys have found a way for me to be able to maintain my first class lifestyle on a budget.

Its proper to show the full charge. Example, Ticket + price tax, +any tips before you charge my credit card. You show me a E ticket and the invoice after. I also do not appreciate you change the amount of tip that I selected. Big negative.

I had never used Skylux before, and of course was skeptical. However, I hate booking international flights, oh, and try using miles and the airlines treat you like a poacher trying to get a free ride. How quickly they forget that you have been using their credit card, paying thousands of dollars and "earning" miles. So, I tried Skylux, and even though I was still unable to use miles, the fare was a decent price, and better than what the airline agent could give me. Douglas was SO patient with me while going through the process as I was typing everything into place. I'm sure he answered a few of my same questions twice, maybe three times, but I was able to complete the transaction. The trip is a few months out, but I don't foresee any issues at this time.
