Excellent support, very quick response and good communication. I tried contacting the company in order to find out more about the hosting programs the company offers and how they could benefit my business. When I switched over I wasn't receiving email to my business Gmail account. Apparently it's something that happens automatically when I added Siteground. I'm not techie so wasn't sure what happened. All I know is that they were readily available and I didn't have to wait to receive help! And they were super quick to fix the problem! No waiting hours for something to get fixed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes! This is the reason I purchased from SiteGround and no one else :D

I host several client sites with SG and have been for many years. I have never had any issues and when questions arise, their tech folks are brilliant at fixing, helping, or otherwise. While I know other folks may have had issues, at least in my case, everything has been solid.

This was my first time setting up and buying a website. I needed help setting up the DNS for my domain host. The response time was very fast! Siteground Technical support always responds quickly and go above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned and dig deep to fix problems as fast as possible. For example, a Technical Support guy named Adem S. Personally dug deep into a complicated SSL issue to discover the root cause then he explained in easy to understand language what was causing the problem, the various options I had and even guided me into making the best decision. I am very impressed because he made me feel like a valued customer.
The SSL problem was caused by the way WordPress works and its impact on the Wordfence plugin, so it had nothing to do with Siteground really, but this Technical support guy spent a lot of time to help me discover the cause and fix it.

Answer: There are certainly many other hosting companies out there, some of which appear cheaper, but there is a difference between low cost and good value. I have not found a hosting company that is better than sitegound
