I did not receive my order and they refuse to credit my account. I am out $80 now and I'm livid! I've tried resolving this matter with Sistalook but they refuse to do anything about it. They even blocked me from their Facebook page.
Their product is cheap as in quality, items does not look like what is advertised that's why they do free shipping because they will not give you a refund unless you pay to send it back. Something they screwed up on. They have no honor. LESSON LEARNED
I ordered on June 13,2022. Still haven't received anything yet. I contacted them by email the first time and they told me they would have to contact their deliver. That was about 2 weeks ago. Sent them two more emails and I haven't heard a response. If I had known about these bad reviews, I would have never ordered. They need to send me my $79.00 back.
These people need to be shut down! Period with the T at the end, it took a moth almost to get the outfits. I wear a 3X order a 5X this mess wouldn't fit a 1x nor size 18. I could see this stuff by hand for price. Poor, cheap and misrepresented! Do not buy from these people they are BOOTLEG!

They sent me the wrong size dresses and wanted me to paid to send back to China. Who does that and only want to give me 10% back. You must be crazy. This was a MISTAKES by seller BIG RISK HERE IF YOU ORDER.
They finally arrived, they are horrible, no stretch and the color is off. Don't waste your money

Please do not buy from these people. The items are not what it looks like they are cheap and not the right sizes. And to return is a hassle they don't even send you the right address some funky address that UPS doesn't even recognize they are getting -5 stars in my book
Placed order Nov 27th had email saying package was sent out Dec 2nd item has been in same location dormant since Dec 24th now and today is Dec 27th. I have requested a full refund from both seller and PayPal which I am getting the run around. SAVE YOUR SELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE.
This company is a scam! Their clothes do not fit true to size. They do not refund your money or accept returns.
The dress is horrible it's cheap material poor quality. I ordered the same dress from fashion nova and the quality is 100% better quality than the one from SistaDress. Don't buy from these people they'll refund your money but... it's not the same.
The Denim jumper they advertise on Facebook constantly, i ordered it omg what a joke, its shinny slippery material no denim anywhere, its a halloween outfit, Never been so disappointed in a online order in my life, and to constantly send me coupons is making it worst, I need a refund and for them to not contact me ever again. Please. Very Very Very Dissatisfied X Customer... I wish i knew how to add the photo I can Put it on facebook if anyone interested I would love to show you this nightmare.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The ITEMS ARE NOT LIKE THEY ARE PICTURED. CHEAP! HORRIBLE QUALITY! PICTURES of models on their sites are stolen from other sites that sale top quality Clothing! See pictures... Yellow is their item. Pink is from the real site! Zoom in on both to see the differences in the collar, pearls on the sleeves and material! TRASH!
Stay away from this site. I order 3 pieces of items rush delivery got it a month later. The material on all the items are trashy. I'm never going to wear it. The jumper I order was missing the belt. Its not even worth it to send it back. I'm just going to donate it to the thrift shop. Worst place to buy from. STAY AWAY. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING THEM MY MONEY...
Do not buy anything from this company. They also go by "SistaDress". I ordered clothing and NEVER received my package. To make a very long story short. The final response from this merchant was that they could only provide me 20% discount off my next purchase. Why would I order from this business again after the hell I just endured and furthermore I STILL have yet to receive my package.

The clothes are marketed to women of color but designed for petite Asian women. They are no where close to American sizes even though you are inside the measurements. Dress that I ordered was not A lined like the picture. Although shipped in the US, they want you to return to Shanghai, China. Are you kidding me? Please never order from them. I am disputing the charges with my credit card. Please spread the word.

Not United States based and the clothes they send look nothing like the product in the photos. It's sad that they are taking advantage of people like this
I purchased a dress well what was supposed to be a dress and when I received this item it looked more like a shirt and the size was supposed to be a 2X but is was more like a medium for a child. Upon contacting the company for a refund they only wanted to give me a 15% refund basically nothing. I wasted my money and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY you will get ripped off.
