I ordered a package from sista fashion. The package was ordered before Christmas. I was left wondering when and if my package would arrive before Christmas. There was no tracking info posted until 2 days before Christmas. I recieved the package 2 days after Christmas! That was a bummer because it was a gift. Once we recieved the package we ordered according to their size chart it was too little. I asked to exchange the outfit for the correct size. I got an email explaining the shipping would be more than the item cost they would refund me 15% of what I paid and 20% off my next order. I emailed them back and asked for 40% to be refunded since I'm stuck with a item that's simply no good to me. They have not responded to my request. This is pure bull$#*!. If we as US citizens boycott this company they will eventually go out of business. This whole experience was a holiday disaster. I will never order from here again.

I got a message that the package was delivered to my front door. I literally walked to my front door and there was NOTHING! So immediately responded. I was told to ask my friends, family, and neighbors about the package, because that makes sense! Why would a company tell me to check with my friends and family about a package they sent to me. I was not given an option to purchase with insurance, which is exactly how they will get over. I went pback and forth with them for months and NO HELP. Do not order from this CHINESE business. They do not treat customers with honor and respect. I was treated as if I was trying to get over on the small amount I purchased.

Don't purchase from this company, they WILL NOT REFUND your money. I purchased 157.00 worth of crap from them. Forced them to give me a return address, so I could send their merchandise back to them. I had to pay 81.52 to send it back, and they say they have not received the merchandise? Paypal took their side and favored for them. I can see through my tracking that the package was delivered and they said the never received if.
I have sense contacted the post off to open an international inquiry, which takes 35 day to track. My package was shipped priority so therefore its insured. We'll see what happens!

Sista Fashion is a RIP OFF! Please stay away from this fraudulent company! I wish I would have done my due diligence (researched the reviews) before making purchases. I ordered two outfits from Sista Fashion on November 9 and one outfit arrived last week, but I didnt like it. It was made out of polyester and spandex material and the top ran small. I contacted Sista Fashion asking for a "full refund" plus return. They emailed me stating that they can only do a 15% refund plus a 20% coupon. I said, "NO WAY!" 15% on a $30 item is next to NOTHING (a few pennies)! I emailed them back stating that this was my first and last time doing business with them! They haven't responded back yet and lord knows if I'll ever receive my 2nd outfit. They made $60 off me... I feel like a sucker! I think the clothes are being sent from China even though it has it being sent from New Jersey. You all dont do business with these folks! :(

I ordered a coat from this company and money was taken out of my account on 10/3. As of today I have no item only a bogus tracking number that was sent to me on 10/25 after I emailed about my order. As of today the tracking number has no information and USPS have no package for me! I plan on disputing charges because these ppl are Frauds! Why give me a useless tracking number with no intentions on sending my order and had I not emailed demanding an update they may have never reached out to me.

Sistalook.com which I found as also doing business on whatwears.com, is not a good site to purchase women's fashions from. They use stolen photos of celebrities on IG to promote fashions and the clothing is cheaply made; it does not match what appears on the website. The reviews are bogus as you can tell the clothing described in the review does not match the outfit being shown. When you attempt to return the merchandise, you find out that the items must be returned to China. The customer service rep barters with you to keep the items, discouraging you from returning by mentioning the cost of high shipping costs. They offer you a refund of 10-30% to keep the merchandise. When you report them to PayPal for their shady behavior, they then up the refund percentage but ask that you close the PayPal case. They also refuse to track their messages within the PayPal resolution portal, even when asked repeatedly in order for PayPal to track the conversation. Beware of this site and their shady practices.
