Ok so i ordered 7 outfits on April 15,2020 I didn't receive until June 18,2020. Then when I do Finally get my items 3 outfits are missing! I've sent multiple emails about my missing item. Got nothing, no response or anything, but when I wrote them and said I needed a refund they got on they Shid BUT still left out my 3 outfits. I still haven't received an email back or a refund. I wouldn't shop here ever again and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYONE! HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

I placed an order April 19th for $76.54USA. No order has been delivered as of 6/4/2020. I reached out advising I will be contacting my bank for fraud/misrepresentation. #1- I do not allow international purchase's on my debit card now it gave an alert stating international purchase not processed but some how these MF made the transaction go thru PAYPAL (which I do not have an account w/ PP) but I figured since it went thru it will be fine! WRONG now almost 2 months passed & still no order. They even gave me a fake tracking number that states not yet in system but yet it supposed to have shipped May 12th & I got an email of this. NOW a month after the email confirmation still NO ORDER that I paid for in full. They sent a response that due to Covid19 it's been delayed. Not sure why I didn't see this review the day I placed my order with these crooks because I saw NO RED FLAGS til right NOW! Sistalook same as SistaDress! They will steal your money & lord knows what else with your bank #/info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST IN SHANGHAI

I placed an order for 3 tied dyed dresses. It took almost 2 months to get. I ordered 2 sizes larger to make sure it was roomy for summer. Material has a very bad odor and runs very small. I contacted them to return it and they only offered me 15% and told me to give them away as sending them to Shanghai would be expensive. I lost $85. Their ads are all over Facebook so I told every comment they are in Shanghai and I lost $85. They removed my over 200 comments and blocked me from being able to comment. This company is out to steal money for a cheap product with weird material that really stinks. Buyer beware! I will keep reporting them everywhere I can to prevent others from losing their money!

Here is a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Alarm bells went off when my PayPal charge came through in Chinese characters. I should have known better, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The item I received looks nothing like the photos. A different dress was likely used in the photos and/or Photoshop. The dress is an awful Polyester fabric similar to a cheap Halloween costume and feels like a plastic garbage bag. There are not even any brand name labels inside the dress. The fit runs small and is extremely unflattering. When I asked for a refund, I was basically told I was SOL. They stated I can return the item to their warehouse in China at exorbitant shipping costs. When I declined, they offered me a 15% refund and a coupon. 15% is insulting and I don't want more of their cheap crap. I seriously would not even donate this dress.

I ordered an extra large. The outfits were cotton and they sent polyester hideous 4x outfit to me.

Never ever ever buy from this company! First of all, it took my dress a long time to get to me, and when it did, not only was it the wrong color, it was coming apart at the seams. When I reached out to them, I got a decent response, apologies for the mistake with promises to make it right. They just wanted pictures which I sent. That was last week... still haven't heard from them. I'm so glad I only ordered 1 outfit. I was planning on ordering more. They won't get a red coin from me again!

This company sistalook aka sistadress is very unprofessional and refusing to give me a full refund of the items purchased. Its the incorrect size and I emailed them 3 times. At first I was willing to exchange for the right size but the 3rd email I had to send i stated I wanted a refund. They tell me to keep 1 of the outfits and give the other to a friend as a gift and they will give me 20% off my next purchase. That to ship it back will cost me more than what I paid for the item. Instead of making sure the customer is happy they have made this a difficult process. I will never do business with sistalook aka sistadress again. I have told then several times I want a refund and even sent a screenshot to them of their return policy no where it states a 20% refund. Not only that they do not want to give me the address to send the items back to them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT IN US AND WILL MESS YOU OUT YOUR MONEY.

I purchased a dress that took 3wks to receive, for the dress to be the wrong item. I sent the dress back to the address on the package and paid for tracking. I didn't hear anything from the company for a few day's so I called for them to tell me that I sent the pkg to the wrong address and they didn't know anything about the address on the pkg. I did some tracking myself and the pkg was delivered to a community center in South ELMonte, CA *******, I have been emailing the company every other day for follow up and they keep saying give it time. The only other option they offered was to give me 20% of my purchase was like $6.00 I paid more then that to send the wrong cheap item back that was a few months back and still today nothing.
