I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I tracked my order and it still has not shipped. I emailed them and now they don't respond. Where is my merchandise?
They get their clothes from China an send them! So it takes at least 2 weeks for shipping and another month to receive your items! I will never order here again!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE IN CHINA. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT THE WRONG ITEM AND THAN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT ME RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE. I'VE BEEN CORRESPONDING WITH EVIVE FROM SHYFULL AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH.
I want to share my own experience with you. Shyfull is an excellent shopping online site because they offer a variety of products at a very good price with free shipping. Their after sales service is very good as they responds within 24 hours and they try their very best to satisfy your needs. I notice they receive many feedbacks but try to buy at least one cheap product from them and do your own experience. Hope this will help you out.
Horrible... they sent me a little kid jacket & not the size I ordered. If they didn't have my size they should have either refunded my money or allowed me to choose another item. Instead I'm stuck with a $30 jacket I can't wear & they told me either keep the jacket or pay to ship it back to china & they will partially refund me. So I said this on their FB page & they blocked me.

I ordered 3 dresses and all three are simply beautiful... fits perfect just like picture, I highly recommend... black and white flare sleeve, grey puff sleeve, pink Maxi smart and black..
I was concerned about my purchase and within 2 hours I received my tracking number for my package and was informed that it was on it's way. I must say they are on top of their game for real. I will be ordering some more items from them in the near future. I saw some items that I really want to get my body in.:)

I've been shopping here for almost 1 years and I believe I will use it forever. They clothes are very stylish and comfortable. I get complimented on my outfits all the time and I immediately get a piece of paper and write down the website. The items are usually shipped in a prompt manner and almost always arrive either on time or even early. This is most definitely a five star company. Even when I have an issue they have prompt polite customer service. I will always reccomend.

I purchased the burgundy Faith hoodie & a nice pink shirt. I wore the hoodie the next day & it was soft & warm! I will purchase again. I received my confirmation soon after the purchase.
I love shyfull, it's very good store. Fast dilivery, good support and lot of payment methods. There also good promo, so you can get things cheaper.
The turn around time was 2 months for me to receive my products. On top of that they were the worst looking clothing I have ever seen. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Terrible awful. Do not order from this site. EVER!

This website is bogus, they take your money with no confirmation number, no tracking number is provided and finally no product is recieved. I have contacted customer support numerous times to no avail. DO NOT SHOP HERE
