SCAMMERS DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
Their customer service doesn't respond to emails requesting address to send returns. I've emailed them several times yet they haven't responded or provided return address. I feel scammed
This is a bogus company! They are scammers they never sent my order it's been almost a month they keep deleting my comments on IG and Facebook as well as others that are complaining about not getting their orders they must be shut down immediately!
I had accidentally hit the wrong button and the size was wrong. I email shy full and Ms evie emails made me happy, she told me she corrected the size and told me I could rest at ease and the size was corrected. I was so pleased, I had sent several emails and she answered me every time. I thank her so much for correcting my mistake. I had a great experience with Ms evie ty again Ms evie
I ordered 2 blouses and 2 bikinis. Great quality, great look, true sizes. I had to exchange one bikini and it was very quick and with no problems. Very nice customer service!
I ordered a camouflage jumpsuit 3weeks ago and still have not received it. I have not got a tracking number from them neither will they respond to my emails. I will NOT take this lightly, this is theft and I will report them as well as seeing what can be done through my attorney to stop the scamming. I will also contact PayPal because this is suppose to be a secure site! Obviously someone is not doing there job! VERY PISSED!
I haven't purchased anything, but this company's ad showed up in my Instagram feed. The clothes looked really cute... Until I got to a picture of Shyfull Sweet Bat-wing Sleeves Asymmetrical Yellow Dress. The model looked familiar so I looked into it, and in fact the model is recently deceased Kyrzada Rodriguez. The last picture in her Instagram feed is in the bat-wing dress except it was white. Same background, same accessories. The dress on the site is clearly photoshopped yellow, using a deceased model. It's a Vici Collection dress, not Shyfull. Very interesting business practice.
After purchasing something I saw an additional charge of $2.22 for a "cross border fee." I'm unfamiliar with such a charge and upon further inquiry it seems as if it's a fee charge for transactions settled in a foreign currency, but it's supposed to only be 1%. The charge they hit me with was 3%. I'm definitely going to be looking further into this. I don't like shady stuff like that.
My first time ordering from this company and my last time. I haven't received my order or the tracking information. I will never order from this company again. Don't order from them if your planning a vacation and/or trip as there's not telling when your items will arrive.
Have yet to receive my order and have no way of tracking my order. I'm going to find a way to end these internet thieves! This is some bs and they shouldn't be allowed to do this. I will seek legal action if I have to and will start a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE AGAINST BOTH SHYFULL AND PAY PAL! DON'T PLAY WITH MY MONEY!
My first time ordering from this company still haven't received my order. I will not do business with this so called company anymore. Stay away from them bad business.
Soooo, I sent anemail to the company requesting my money back and the emailed me back letting me know the would look into my order. I responded back to that email requesting my money again. While away on my trip the clothing arrived. This took all of two weeks. The order all together 3-7 weeks. So, the 3-7 days is wrong.
The clothing is nice. Everything fix but one item and I refuse to go through the return process.
All in all, it was worth seeing my girl happy and pleased with the items I selected.
They dont deserve any stars, they stole my money, the products dont fit, they ate not properly made, customer service is terrible and paypal allows this happen.
I reached out to customer service and was impressed by how quickly I received a reply. Representative was polite and made every effort to resolve my issue. Very grateful!
I tried to reach someone to get tracking information because I still have not received my package. I finally emailed the company and 2 days later received an email saying "you can not get a refund, your order was already shipped." Nothing else, no apology for any inconvenience, nothing! I saw he same merchandise from another company online and will be ordering from them in the future.
I didn't read the reviews until after I had already made my purchase through Pinterest. I was kind of leary because I have purchased online overseas items that didn't really look or fit like the should. However, Shyfull did NOT disappoint. I ordered a dress, top, jeans, and swimsuit with cover! Everything was just as pictured and I received free express shipping because of a special they were having. The dress was ordered for a white party on a Friday but unfortunately it didn't arrive until Monday. I still received the items timely although there was a slight issue with fedex. Overall I am very satisfied with my items and will be ordering again soon.

I ordered an item after seeing it promoted on pinterest. After placing the order, I never received a confirmation email. Two weeks later, I still never received an email, the item, or shipping alert. I sent an email to the address listed on my PayPal invoice. Waited 2 days, no response. I contacted PayPal to begin an investigation and about a week later, the item arrived. The top looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the site! Cheap material, ill-fit, ill-cut... just bad! When I contacted them for return instructions, because the bag had nothing in there as far as a receipt goes, I received a reply 2 days later. I had to send them pictures along with my explanation as to why I wanted to return the item. I dis that and 2 days later, the "solution" is that I get a 15% off coupon for a future order or return the item to CHINA! WHAT?! I tell you, I will NEVER EVER do business with this company and I advise others to not either!
Great site to shop from! And I don't have to wait long to get my items! I love the quality and they sizes be on point!
