You will not get your order! I placed an order over a week ago. The money came out of my PayPal acct immediately, but days passed and I didn't even receive an order CONFIRMATION. I filed a PayPal claim, the owner of shyfull responded that he would get me my order as soon as possible. Huh?! I was supposed to have my order by now, and you're not even telling me how much longer I would have to wait, or ANYTHING?! PayPal gave me my money back! Stay far away from this company.

I placed an order and bought multiple items over $100 worth. The items arrived and I was totally dissatisfied with the quality and material of the clothing. They did not look like what I saw on the website. Ok, no big deal. I will just return for a refund. Wrong! I went through weeks of emailing trying to obtain a return address to get my money back. They wanted to offer $5 and make me keep the items that I would not wear. I asked for at least half of my money back for clothing that I would not wear. After multiple emails going back and forth and me asking to speak to a higher up they finally decided to give me the address to return but I am responsible for the shipping which will more than likely be half of refund of cost. Probably would have been better off keeping the items and trying to sell. Problem is, none of my friends would wear this. I am hoping for my money back and not another round of hassle. Please give my money back. I don't think I will purchase from here ever again.

I spent almost $400 on sizes 2X. This one size ranged from a large to an 4X. When confronted on the size i was told to check size chart which wouldn't have made a difference. They then asked for pictures which I sent. They offered me $15 U.S. dollars. After asking them to reconsider amount, they I could return items within 7 days which passed in the process of going back and forth on this. They said they would give me 15% off next order. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I EVER ORDER FROM SHYFULL AGAIN? And the items I can wear, giving another company the credit. How can i take action on this company?

I was pretty scared of chosing the wrong size, or the shipping taking so long to arrive. But the thing that I was more concerned about was that the product wasn't like the one showed at the pictures on the site. I bought a one size fits all sizes item, and I usually wear a small, but lucky for me, it was perfect! And is definitely a one size fits all sizes sweater/shirt because it is stretchy. I ordered from Chile, so I was scared of the package taking so long to arrive 2 or 3 months like the previous sites I ordered from before, but I was very surprised that the profuct arrived exactly one month after I bought it. It looks so pretty and the same as the picture, it's so comfy and cute. I would definitely recommend this web site to make your next purchase!

It took a few weeks to get my issue rectified. I ordered two camo jackets. One in green and another in wine in size medium. The green camo fit perfect, but the wine camo ran very small. I sent an email and at first it was overlooked assuming I had not received my order, a tracking number was sent. I had to get firm about the issue and it seem that they did not believe me. So I send photo's with measuring tape of both jackets. I finally got it rectified and was sent a coupon code.
I placed another order, which will be my third order with them. I figured I'd given them one more chance.

I placed an order through Paypal, thinking if anything went wrong I'd get a refund. Well everything has gone wrong. I didn't get my order and Paypal was no help in getting a refund. Paypal indicated they would send a return label once an item did come in, then when I indicated I just wanted a refund it was up to me to return the item. Over all I VERY dissatisfied! So I'm unable to give an opinion on the quality of their products since I didn't receive my order.

I recently purchased the Flower Color Block Bandeau bikini from shyfull and i absolutely loved it, its great quality, great material, the colours are vibrant and bright and it fits amazing! I chose a cheeky bottom piece and that is exactly what they are, super cute, super cheeky.
The delivery is super fast and straight to your door which is great.
I have ordered from shyfull a number of times and i will do it again and i definitely recommend it.

This was my 1st time ordering from them and they never sent out a confirmation email. So I emailed them after a week to check on it, it was still processing. I gave them another week and it was still processing at that point I asked for my order to be canceled. They ignored that request and said they're working on my order and will ship it asap. That went on for 3 weeks so I filed a claim against them, after that they stopped replying to my emails. A few days after I filed it they sent me a text saying my order was shipped. I've asked them for a refund a total of 4 times before it was shipped and they ignored it. It'll be well over a month before I recieve the dresses I ordered way on March 7th, plus the tracking number they sent out doesn't work. This was a horrible experience and waste of money. I'm scared to actually see the dresses, after this I know the quality will probably be trash.

It took almost a month for me to receive my order, I never received any shipment notification or anything so I honestly wasn't sure where my order was. It did state can take several weeks for delivery so I shouldn't have been surprised. My main issue though is the actual items I received once I received them. I ordered two long short sleeve v neck maxi dresses that were described as cotton and there was no seam down the middle One in mustard which was also the color the model had on and one in red. When I got them they legit look like two different shades of Orange. Literally one looks like an orange and one a tangerine with a long seam going straight down the front and back of the dress I am pissed! I really wanted the colors I orderd and it's so expensive to return and takes forever for a response from the company I basically am stuck with 2 dresses in colors I didn't order that I don't want. I could understand if the pictures on the website showed a color but the words said orange or tangerine for the colors but I ordered mustard and Red! And the material is like a dressy polyester style material and they are like extremely long. Im just done and so annoyed. Never again.
