I ordered a coat and got an extremely cheap, thin jacket that I guess was supposed to be a replica of the coat they advertised. When I emailed the company, I was told I could keep it and they could compensate me $5 or I could send it back for a refund, but I would have to pay for shipping. I originally paid a total of $37.41, which included $9.99 for expedited shipping. To ship it back to Shanghai, China would cost between $60 - $130 depending on the carrier. Even if it was $10, why should I have to pay for their false advertisement? I replied to a comment from a potential customer on their IG page and they blocked me immediately. I reported them to Paypal and I'm currently awaiting resolution

First of all I have found shyfull not very long time ago and I was amazed by its' products. One of them is a cute, fluffy and very warm jacket. In fact I am wearing it right now :))
When I ordered it, I thought it will arrive not in a shape as it was shown in the pictures, but I was really suprised by its' quality and it fits perfectly! It looks exactly the same, even better in front of my eyes. Honestly I am recomending shyfull for everyone who is looking forward of buying clothes online, I'm going to buy more of the shyfull's products in the future :)

I purchased items from this site and they was not as they appeared to be on the site and the stitching on the items are not sawn properly. I've contacted them by email several time and the kept giving me the run arounds... would not even send me the return address so the I could send the items back, after they requested for me to send pictures off the $#*!. I've asked for a refund and the will not send my money back.

And as far as a rating, I wish I could give a big fat 0

I order one item and then read the reviews. I thought the company, since the advertising was African-American women, was African American owned in the US. Turns out they are in China. Within 15 minutes of ordering I tried to stop it. The customer service people within two hours said the package had already been sent (first lie); they kept telling me that its no problem, I'll like the item. From the reviews, sending the item back costs more than the item itself. And I am not looking forward to seeing the quality of the item -- apparently very cheap material and poor craftsmanship. Yikes. I suggest not ordering.

I ordered 2 of the fitted fur-trimmed fake leather jackets they used in their instagram ads. One is OK at best, the other is MEH. These have no insulation so they will not keep you warm. They are 100% polyester and other synthetic plastic fibers, so they don't hold heat but DO hold sweat - not good. The jackets fit a lot looser and less form-fitting than they appear in photos. One I could fit both of my arms through one arm hole, and I ordered a size small. The closures in the front are bent metal hooks, like larger versions of what you find on a bra, but they are MUCH worse and don't actually work. One has no hooks - just loops and flat pieces of metal that I guess I'm supposed to bend and make my own hooks? The other had bent hooks that do not stay closed at all. Neither of these jackets are styles meant to be worn unbuttoned/unzipped, so they look terrible when you can't close them. The fake fur has a shiny plastic look to it that catches light and looks cheap. The fake leather looks OK on one and like a loose crinkly garbage bag on the other. Both jackets were supposed to be form fitting.

If I had seen these in person, I wouldn't waste my money. I don't know why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 - probably because I liked the style of the jacket based on how it looked in photos, but what I received looks NOWHERE near as nice and fits poorly. Also these jackets are made for short people and cut off too high around the waist. I am 5'6" and I wished these were 4-6 inches longer.

These cheap chinese knock-off clothing sites pop up ALL the time, I've ordered from others before and occasionally received stuff I liked. I'm sure they will be re-named with a new site within a year or so. Just wanted to post this to warn anyone else who got suckered by their instagram ads. The quality is way off with the jackets they're advertising, and if you're looking for a warm, nice, durable jacket for the winter, shop elsewhere. If you want something that looks like a high-end Halloween costume that you only plan to wear a few times, then they may work for you.

I purchased the Shyfull Casual Asymmetrical Blending T-shirt in the wine color (order #SF*******513). What I received was a very cheap looking poorly sewn frock! In a cheap polyester type of fabric. Nothing like what is advertised on the website.

I contacted customer service and was told to send a picture of what I received. I am sure I will have to fight with this company to be a refund. I have posted 4 negative reviews on their website and they have not posted any of them. Please research this company before purchasing from them. Either their website is making up positive reviews or not posting the negative ones or both.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CLOTHES FROM SHYFULL!

I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing from them. I bought clothes worth almost $300 from this site. I was extremely excited when I first encountered their website. I thought their clothes were very affordable and stylish.

After 6 weeks of waiting only half my order arrived. As described in most reviews, the material was very cheap and the clothes looked nothing like what they advertised. I was able to get through to customer support and they went back and forth with me concerning refund and shipping options. After about 15 email exchanges, they finally gave me an address to send the items back to. I sent the items back and emailed back asking for a refund. They started to ask me again about my order as if we had never communicated. At this point I intend to take legal action because they are clearly messing with me. They have still not given me my refund although I returned the clothes.

I advise that you do not purchase from this website because the quality of the clothes are cheap and also it is an arduous to impossible task receiving your money back if you are not satisfied with the purchase.
