Received absolute rubbish in my order - cheap, tacky, see-through clothes, not to mention so short i couldn't walk in them (and i am average height). Wanted to return but only received a store credit after having to pay extra to return it! So now im stuck with store credit for a store i never ever want to waste my money on again!

I've ordered from showpo six different times. I absolutely love their products. The dresses are always superb and a show stopper. I had a question after my last order and someone responded to me quickly and answered my questions. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Have had a great experience dealing/ shopping with Showpo. Great quality clothing and was very impressed with their plus size range. The customer service team are also extremely helpful and got back to my email within the same hour that I had sent it off and resolved everything I asked them promptly and were very friendly. I was waiting to get my return credit from Showpo as I needed to order another outfit before the weekend. Got my first order in today and I'm beyond excited. All the items are so delicate, just as described online, and fit perfectly! There was a faulty element on one of the items that I brought to the attention of customer service and they were absolutely delightful and helpful about the situation.
